Privacy policy

What this site does and doesn’t collect about you, in plain language. Last updated: July 16, 2026.

The short version

krakenreferralcodes.com is a static informational site. We set no cookies, run no advertising trackers, have no accounts or forms, and collect no personal data. The only measurement on the site is Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that gives us anonymous, aggregate page-view counts. We cannot identify you, and we have nothing about you to sell, share, or lose.

What we collect (and what we don't)

We do not collect names, email addresses, IP address logs of our own, device fingerprints, or any other personal information. There is no newsletter, no signup, no comment section, and no contact form — the site is read-only.

We do use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are read. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across other websites. What we see is aggregate data — page-view counts, referrer domains, country-level location, browser and device categories. None of it lets us identify an individual visitor, and we have no interest in trying.

We run no advertising networks, no remarketing pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We do not sell or share data with anyone — there is no personal data to sell.

The one exception is email you send us voluntarily: if you write to our contact address, we see your email address and your message. We use them only to reply, we never add you to any list, and we delete correspondence once a matter is resolved.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like effectively every host, Vercel keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as request paths and IP addresses) for security and operational purposes. Those logs are held by Vercel, not by us, and are governed by Vercel’s privacy policy.

Outbound referral links to Kraken

Links on this site that point to kraken.com or invite.kraken.com are referral links. When you click one, you leave this site, and Kraken will know you arrived via our referral code — that is how the referral program works and how this site earns its revenue. From that point on, everything Kraken collects and does with your data (including identity verification, or KYC, if you open an account) is governed by Kraken’s own privacy policy, not ours. We never receive any personal information about who signed up through our link — Kraken reports referral activity to us only in anonymous, aggregate form.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, if we ever add a tool that requires cookies — we will update this page and the date below before the change takes effect. Given how the site is built, we don’t expect that to happen. Any change to the facts we publish about Kraken’s referral program is tracked separately in the fact changelog.
