The only way to reach us is email: contact@krakenreferralcodes.com. There is deliberately no contact form — this site collects no data, and a form would mean storing yours. We usually reply within a few days — this is a small editorial operation, not a support desk with an SLA — and corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.

Fact corrections. This is the most valuable email you can send us. If any figure on this site — the bonus amount, the requirements, an eligible country — no longer matches what Kraken’s official pages say, tell us. We take accuracy reports seriously: we re-verify against the source, fix the page, and log the change in our fact changelog. The most useful correction email has three things: the URL of our page, the official Kraken URL that contradicts it, and roughly when you noticed — but a one-line “your bonus figure looks stale” is welcome too.

Partnerships. Business inquiries are welcome, with one caveat: we don’t run ads, publish sponsored posts, or link to sites we haven’t vetted.
